The almond mixture on this fish gives it a unique and refreshing flavor. My favorite side with this halibut is a green veggie.

Almond Halibut
Ingredients
- 1 lb halibut fillets
- 1 cup almonds, chopped
- 1.5 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 and line a jelly roll pan with foil or parchment paper.
- In a blender on low, blend almonds, coconut oil, garlic powder, parsley and lemon juice. Do not over blend, it should be a chunky.
- Put halibut on foil lined pan and cover side of fish with almond mixture.
- Bake for 14-16 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
