This broccoli is the perfect side dish for just about any protein. We eat every bit and never have leftovers. It really is that good!

Lemon Roasted Broccoli
Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli florets
- 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp basil, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425. Cover a jelly roll pan with foil and set aside.
- In a small bowl mix lemon juice, olive oil, basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Spread broccoli florets evenly over foil lined pan. Drizzle mixture over broccoli, making sure to cover all pieces.
- Sprinkle cheese over broccoli.
- Bake for 20 minutes and serve.
