Being organized isn’t just about organizing physical items, a truly organized life encompasses all parts of day to day living.  Routines that eliminate stress and chaos help us mentally by simplifying daily tasks.  One way I’ve simplified my mental “to do” list is with meal planning.  Meal planning has numerous benefits.  I’ve elaborated on the meal planning process with details of how this meal plan works in 2 week increments in this post.
