  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 white onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, diced
  • taco seasoning
  • 2 cups lettuce, shredded
  • 10 Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 1.5 cups Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1.5 cups fresh salsa
  • Lime (squeezed for juice only)

Instructions
  1. Heat turkey over medium heat in a skillet. Add onion and garlic and stir together.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water and continue cooking according to package directions.
  3. Divide meat into bowls and add lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, avocado, sour cream, cheese, salsa and bit of lime juice to each bowl before serving.
