Sausage Vegetable Skillet

Servings 4


  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 4 garlic cloves, diced
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 Zucchini Squash, diced
  • 1 summer squash, diced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 organe pepper, sliced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • salt and pepper


  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add garlic, onion and sausage. Heat until fully cooked, stirring occasionally.
  • Add all vegetables and spices and continue to heat for 10-15 minutes. Stir well to cook evenly.
  • Serve and enjoy.
