Sausage Vegetable Skillet
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 lb sausage
- 4 garlic cloves, diced
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 Zucchini Squash, diced
- 1 summer squash, diced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 organe pepper, sliced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic, onion and sausage. Heat until fully cooked, stirring occasionally.
- Add all vegetables and spices and continue to heat for 10-15 minutes. Stir well to cook evenly.
- Serve and enjoy.
