Tomato and Feta Frittata

Ingredients
  

  • 7 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Feta Crumbles
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 cup spinach
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 TBSP basil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In large bowl, crack eggs and whisk.
  • Add all ingredients to bowl except basil and stir thoroughly.
  • Grease a 8x8 baking dish and add egg mixture to dish.
  • Bake for 35-45 mins. Remove when cooked. Let cool for at least 5 minutes.
  • Cut, top with basil and serve.
