Banana Cream Cheese Bars

Ingredients
  

Bars

  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 TBSP Erythritol
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 Bananas (mashed)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • Salt

Frosting

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Erythritol
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 TBSP Heavy Cream

Instructions
 

Bars

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Combine butter and erythritol in a large bowl. Add eggs, banana and vanilla and stir completely.
  • In a second bowl combine almond flour, baking soda and salt. Stir well and add to other bowl - mix to combine all ingredients.
  • Grease a jelly roll pan. Spread mixture evenly in pan and bake for 15 - 20 minutes. Remove when toothpick at center comes out clean. Let cool completely before removing.

Frosting

  • Combine cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Add erythritol, vanilla and heavy cream. Use a mixer to beat until smooth.
  • Make sure bars are cool, frost and serve.
